The names’ Tim. I live in Intervale New Hampshire. I am a transplant from Morris county New Jersey. Retire from law enforcement after 25 years of service. I now work at sliding into true retirement. On any day I’m not working you may find me on the Ellis River in Jackson NH or the Ammonoosuc River in Bretton Woods. Maybe in one of the dozens of little mountain streams that pepper my new home.
I consider myself a beer snob. I enjoy anything crafty. When I travel I always seek out the local brew pubs, beer bars, and breweries. I also brew my own. I am always thinking “What beer will pair with this food?”, but not above having a PBR or Rolling Rock after cutting the lawn. I must say that I hate the IPA craze. Not that I don’t like IPAs,I do, but there is so many more styles of great beer out there.
My wife (Marylynn ) and I like to hike and camp. We use the White Mountain National Forest to our advantage but travel as well to other areas to enjoy this pastime.
I hope to touch on all this in the blog. Maybe a bit all over the place, but I hope you enjoy it.
